Comfort and Indoor Air Quality

Pollutants aren’t the only contributors to poor indoor air quality. Today’s tightly sealed and energy-efficient homes can actually have negative effects on your home’s air quality because they might not be properly equipped to filter and purify the constantly re-circulated air. Without adequate indoor air circulation, pollutants can build up over time, leading to poor indoor air quality. Temperature and humidity need to be balanced to create a comfortable and healthy home environment.

  • Are you too warm or cold at times?
  • Are bedrooms not comfortable enough for sleeping?
  • Do you find your home humid in the summer or dry in the winter?
  • Does your home generally feel cool and clammy?

Make Your Home Comfortable, Healthy and Efficient

  • Do you know if the air your family breathes is unhealthy or unsafe?
  • Are conditions (temp, humidity, stuffy air) sometimes uncomfortable?
  • Does anyone in your home suffer from allergies or asthma?

If you answered ‘Yes’ to any of these questions, Innovative Air Solutions can help. We provide a home diagnostic program that makes the invisible visible and shows you how to make your home as healthy, comfortable, and as safe as possible.

We are an independent 3rd party who provides a simple, accurate testing platform to trained, licensed heating & air conditioning professionals who carry out the analysis. Since you may not know how the HVAC and other systems in your home impact indoor air quality (IAQ), these professionals can recommend solutions to any problems found. And if no problems are found, they can explain why that’s the case and leave you to enjoy your comfortable home.

What Does Our Assessment Measure?

Symptoms of poor indoor air quality depend on the particular contaminant, our system works by measuring for dust/particles (PM2.5/PM10), chemical pollutants, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, temperature and relative humidity.  The AirAdvice for homes will allow the home owner to make an educated decision about their indoor air quality and how they can best create the healthiest environment for their home and family.

The Air Advice Monitor tests for Temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide (CO2), carbon monoxide (CO), volatile organic compounds or VOCs (odors and chemicals), and particulates (dust andndander).

Everyone should ensure that they are breathing healthy air in their home. Testing is especially recommended in homes where there are young children or elderly people, people suffering from allergies or asthma, and in situations where you notice any of the common complaint issues mentioned in the “Common IAQ Complaints” question above.

An AirAdvice Assessment Will…

  • Detail any problems your home might have with heating/cooling, humidity, carbon dioxide levels, carbon monoxide
  • Provide recommendations for making your home more comfortable and healthy
  • Offer ideas that will help reduce your utility bills
  • Give you peace of mind

We offer a FREE 30-minute assessment of your home and will provide a detailed report that will
be emailed you once completed.
