“This install was terrible from the start. I was told that I would have working AC in part of my house at least on the first day by the OWNER Robert Currie. That did not happen. In fact, it took almost 4 full days for the AC to be installed while I used my personal stand alone AC units to keep one room of my house cool enough to sleep in during installation. Then within the first month o had to have a part replaced on my $22k unit. It was a temporary fix that then dialed again leaving me again without AC. It was again fixed after begging someone to come out and fix it the same day less than 6 months after install. Was supposed to have another duct and vent to a bedroom and that was never installed. They broke the stairs to my attic during installation and never fixed those. Now I am again without air conditioner in the first 2 years of installing for the 3rd time at least due to a system malfunction. I was told during this service call that I had to place after 5 pm on the direction of the office that I should have a UV light to fight mold in the attic caused by the unit that was not ever told to me or sold to me with installation. I was also told during this service call that the water drain that was draining out the side of my house was my overflow and that the main drain was plumbed into the house and clogged. Tried to blame my “lack of maintenance” when my unit was maintenance in July 2024 and it is now July of 2025. Zero compensation for poor work on the installation, still have broken attic stairs and still have no new vent in my room.”

“I just had a heat pump/air conditioner installed by innovative solutions. I’ve been having air conditioning problems for over a year and had different companies working on my old unit. When I talk to Mason from innovative solutions, he told me that my old unit was 1 TON too small. Even though I didn’t want to replace the old unit because it was only a 2019, it made all the difference in the way my house feels. Before the new unit, every room had a different temperature. Now, after installing the new 5 ton unit, my whole house is very comfortable.

All the guys that work for innovative solutions were extremely nice and professional. Everything I asked them they went out of their way to explain. I can’t say enough good things about all of them.
Starting with Mason, he was very friendly and personable , then Chris, who seems to be the house expert, no matter what your problem. I didn’t meet one guy who wasn’t friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn’t be happier.! Thanks to all you guys!”
