Experience is preferred but not necessary.However, the ideal applicant will, be clean cut, no drugs, neat appearance, great attitude, punctual and have good work experience in framing, carpentry, plumbing, or electrical.
This is a full-time position with paid training, bonuses, paid vacation, paid sick time, 6 paid holidays per year, and health insurance.

The ideal candidate for this position should have some experience with residential equipment, as well as light commercial equipment.
Experience with refrigeration is also a plus, but not required.
This is a full-time position with overtime available, some weekends/on-call shifts are required.Work truck, phone, and iPad will be provided.

As an HVAC Warehouse Coordinator with Innovative Air Solutions, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse facility. You'll be responsible for managing inventory, receiving shipments, and maintaining accurate records of stock levels. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining an orderly warehouse environment and ensuring that all HVAC equipment and materials are readily available for installation and service teams. Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with other departments to fulfill orders, resolve inventory discrepancies, and optimize warehouse processes. Work Hours are Full-Time, Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. Some overtime is possible during our Busy Season.
Hourly Pay: $18 +, based on experience.
This position reports to: Installation Manager
Qualifications:
- 2-3 Years Warehouse/Inventory experience.
- Ability to lift/move 50 or more pounds.
- Forklift certification preferred.
- Ability to complete proper paperwork.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Proven experience in HVAC, construction, plumbing, or electrical.
- Basic safety knowledge of equipment, heavy machinery, and tools.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug screen.
- Ability to drive a van and/or truck with a trailer.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership and team-building abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
- Ability to work independently.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Familiarity with materials, tools, and techniques.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Daily Duties
- Assist Department Managers with supplies necessary to dispatch the crew and service technicians each morning in an efficient and timely manner.
- Notify Owners and Managers of any shortages on stock items.
- Track and Organize Inventory Counts daily.
- File warranties to the appropriate vendor on any warranty items.
- Be prepared for daily deliveries and put away any deliveries.
- Check schedule and pull equipment and parts for upcoming jobs and stage.
- List and pull any return items for the Parts Runner to return to vendors.
- Remove clutter and scrap from the warehouse daily.
- Put away any extra materials brought back from the installers.
- Maintain warehousing of company supplied items and tools.
- Generate check out lists and reconcile upon return.
- Enter Inventory items into CRM Software.
- Work with the Sales Department on stocked equipment for sold jobs.
- Log Model and Serial Numbers for Install Jobs and input into CRM Software.
- Maintain relationships with vendors for pricing and availability of items.
- Report status of staged jobs and parts pulled to the appropriate departments.
- Provide a list of parts and supplies needed locally for parts runner.
- Lock and secure the warehouse before leaving during lunch and at the end of the day.
- Other Duties as Assigned
KPI’s:
Certain Key Performance Indicators that will measure the effectiveness of an Installation Manager. These include the following:

- Willingness to learn and improve processes and procedures.
- Improved efficiency in labor time with the Install and Service Departments.
- Improved relationships with vendors.
- Accuracy of paperwork, including warranty processing in a timely manner, accuracy of model and serial numbers on the jobs, and materials charged to jobs.
