“Plumbing techs Davian snd Ashton arrived on time on Friday, June 28, 2024. They proceeded to check out the health of all our plumbing connections, both inside and outside. This is a new service offered by Innovative that I think is really great for all homeowners. In other words, an “annual physical” of all things plumbing. After the guys were finished, they gave my husband and me a detailed verbal report of all findings. We will also receive a written report. JW and I thank Innovative and Davian and Ashton for their excellent support! We look forward to continued business with Innovative.”

“When a condenser began overheating during midday heat this summer I used Chuck in a Truck Services to come out and take a look. Chuck changed out the fan motor because the amps were a bit high and repeatedly told me the five year old unit was junk and for $4400 he would replace it. The system was blowing cold air at less than fifty degrees.
The condenser shut down again within four hours.
Chuck didn’t want to come back unless he could replace the condenser.
I called Innovative Air Solutions and they sent out Chris Wilcox the next morning. Chris did a complete analysis and found the system was working fine, but the amps on the new fan were still high. He determined the coils were dirty even though they had been washed several times and you could see though both sides.
Chris completely stripped the case down to the floor pan and washed MUD out of the coils for forty five minutes! After reassembly and startup the system has worked like new with no overheating since.

“These 3 just spent 2 1/2 days in our attic removing and replacing our entire duct system – fabrication of the new duct system, removal of the old system and installation of the new system. This included 3 additional ven drops, all new grills – the works. Now they are picking up the supplies needed to blow more insulation into the attic.

I HAD to let y’all know how hard working and professional these guys were. They came the first day, double checked the scope of the job with us, verified the layout of the vents vs. their diagram, then got to work in the attic. They worked all day – NO goofing off. Let us know when they were leaving and when to expect them the next day. Arrived the next day and got right to it again. Now the last 2 days we’ve had heat indexes above 110, so you know that attic was the 3rd or 4th circle of Hell hot, yet they worked steady through both days! The whole time. The only thing I heard them complain about was when something wasn’t the right size.

These guys really deserve recognition! I know they were just doing their job, however I’ve had interactions with other people like that and these guys are a cut above. Cheerful, respectful and thinking of us (our comfort) during this whole process. They are another example of why I do business with your company over others in the area.”

“Yesterday my AC decided to just stop cooling. It always seems to happen after hours. I had tried calling and using the chat but nothing happened and no one answered. I was able to get ahold of someone that works at Innovative. They in turn got Chris to come out. I am not nice when I am hot. Especially when your AC should be cooling. Chris found the issue and got the AC cooling The air blowing was almost 80 and the thermostat was stuck on 75. The outside unit was not turning on. Chris got the system working. I was so grateful! “After 2 1/2 years I finally contacted Innovative Air solutions for a maintenance plan for the unit they installed following our total rebuild after hurricane Harvey. Chris came out today to inspect the system. He called ahead of time and arrived when scheduled. He was very courteous and professional and gave me a step-by-step description of what the plan entailed. I am careful to keep ants away from the outside unit but little did I know, they had built a huge mound inside where I could not see it. Chris removed the panels and showed me the problem. He explained what type of electrical issues I would be facing if it had gone unnoticed. He removed the ants, totally cleaned the unit and gave it a thorough inspection, including the air handler that is in my attic. He insured the drain lines were clear and free of algae. He obviously knew his business and was happy to convey his knowledge to me in a manner I could easily understand. He saved me from a potentially costly repair in the future. He promptly, arrived, checked the problem, and gave me the bad news: my circuit board was blown and had to be re-ordered from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, this will not fix my problem over the weekend. He, then, digressed and explained that the labor could be pricey; however, the company will call me, with the estimate, to replace the "mother board". He, further, explained, about financing options, if needed.
So far, Parker seems to be very, knowledgeable about the products and services offered.
