“The appointment was not, originally, scheduled, until 10 a.m.; however, I received a very, pleasant, upbeat, call, from Parker Case. He stated that he was already down the road from my house and that if it was all right if he dropped in, to check out my heating unit issues.
He promptly, arrived, checked the problem, and gave me the bad news: my circuit board was blown and had to be re-ordered from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, this will not fix my problem over the weekend. He, then, digressed and explained that the labor could be pricey; however, the company will call me, with the estimate, to replace the "mother board". He, further, explained, about financing options, if needed.
So far, Parker seems to be very, knowledgeable about the products and services offered.
