“AC was struggling to keep up. Called out tech and they were at my house within an hour. (On a Sunday evening) Diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. Bypassed a setting to keep us cool until the part comes in. Fast and friendly as always. Thankfully it turned out to be the thermostat which is about the best we could hope for. Nonetheless, the service was great and that’s what you come to expect with Innovative. ??”
