Every year, the Lennox Feel The Love™ program brings new heating and cooling equipment to deserving people across the U.S. and Canada, at no cost to them. Since the program began in 2009, community members have nominated neighbors, friends, and family members who consistently put others first and could use a helping hand. Lennox donates the equipment, and participating local Lennox dealers such as Innovative Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing donate their time and labor to install it.
This year, Innovative Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing is proud to take part right here in Orange, Texas. Our Feel The Love recipient is Thomas Chiasson, a 75-year-old local father nominated by his daughter, Brooke, and our team is installing a brand-new air conditioning system in his home.
For us, giving back is more than a seasonal effort. It’s part of who we are and why we do what we do.
Why Giving Back Matters to Our Orange, Texas HVAC and Plumbing Team
As a locally rooted HVAC and plumbing company in Orange, Texas, we believe our responsibility goes beyond keeping homes comfortable. The people we serve are our neighbors, friends, and families, and when we have an opportunity to make a meaningful difference for someone in our community, we believe in stepping up.
That is why we are honored to give back to Thomas Chiasson, a 75-year-old local father who was nominated by his daughter, Brooke.
Three Years Without Central Air in the Texas Heat
About three years ago, Thomas’s air conditioning system stopped working. Since then, he has made do with a small window unit through the Texas heat. According to Brooke, despite the circumstances, her dad has never been one to complain. Instead, he has continued doing what he has done throughout his life—working hard, caring for his family, and putting others before himself.
Brooke shared:
“My dad has worked hard his whole life and is the kind of person who would give you the shirt off his back. He deserves to have a comfortable, cool home again, especially during these hot Texas summers.”
